With over two decades of experience leading award-winning communications strategies, Nancy McCarthy is a trusted advisor, strategist, and storyteller passionate about helping organizations engage their people, elevate their brand, and drive meaningful impact.

Throughout her career, Nancy has held senior leadership roles at TBC Corporation, United Way of Martin County, Florida Power & Light Company/NextEra Energy, The Firefly Group (yes, she’s come full circle!), and Lee County Electric Cooperative.

Nancy’s work has been recognized with numerous accolades from the Florida Public Relations Association, including the prestigious Doris Fleischman Award and multiple Golden Image and Grand-All Image Awards. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from the University of Florida (Go Gators!) and earned her Accreditation in Public Relations (APR) in 2005.
