Council on Aging Martin Starts New Mobile Service with Impact100 Martin Grant

The Council on Aging of Martin County is launching an Elder Care Mobile Outreach program to bring services directly to seniors in neighborhoods across the county. Funded by a $100,000 Impact100 Martin grant, the initiative will help address social isolation and connect underserved seniors with essential resources that support aging in place.
